No Refund Policy
As a general rule, Campusly does not provide refunds for any payments made, including but not limited to subscription fees, in-app purchases, or other charges.
This policy applies to all users, regardless of usage frequency, cancellation, or account inactivity.
Exceptional Cases
While refunds are not provided in regular circumstances, we may review requests in the following scenarios:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or for an amount not agreed upon, you may request a review of the transaction.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately with relevant details for investigation.
- Non-Delivery of Services: If our platform fails to deliver a core service promised during the active subscription period due to a technical fault directly attributable to us, we may assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Process for Exceptional Refund Requests

- Review Timeline: Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- Outcome: If your request meets the criteria for an exception, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
